‘It’s going to be OK.’
That’s the line we all want to hear, especially at the moment.
And it’s what your clients want to hear, from the minute they contact you about the brief, to the day you send over the files.
So, how good are you at communicating that to them? And how do you convince people BEFORE they’ve hired you that you’re not just a great image maker (TBH that’s basically a given), but that everything’s going to be OK, from start to finish?
It begins with consistency.
- In your brand voice – the look and feel of your work.
- In how often you’re mentioned, and spoken about (and how highly).
- In your marketing and how you speak to your audience.
- In how you show up (and how often).
- In the way you work and communicate throughout the job.
Every single one of these is a reflection of your brand, and it’s how you build visibility (being seen) and recognition (being remembered).
And this all leads to trust which, quite frankly, is what you need in bucket-loads.
Last week I suggested you find out how you are perceived online. You can read that here: https://christinaforce.net/ai-
Quite a few of you sent me the response you got – they were amazingly insightful!
But in amongst those wordy AI summaries, there were probably holes. Important pieces missing which you’re failing to communicate, some of which might get you the next job.
So what do you want the world, especially your future clients, to know, like and trust about you that they don’t already?
Because they truly just want to know it’s going to be OK.
