The Series Project Istanbul Terms & Conditions
Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the following terms and conditions:
1.Limited Spaces and Participant Selection:
Each photography workshop has a limited number of spaces available.
Attendees will be selected based on the information provided immediately after registration.
This workshop is for professional photographers only.
If the organisers feel that the applicant is not suitable the applicant will be advised and the deposit will be refunded within 7 days.
In all other cases the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Program Changes:
The organisers reserve the right to change or alter the program that was initially advertised.
Any changes made will strive to maintain the essence and value of the workshop experience.
3. Exclusions from Workshop Fee:
The workshop fee is for the tuition before and during the Series Project program. It does not include:
- International transportation to Istanbul
- Accommodation in Istanbul
- Ground expenses
- Insurance and any other travel related costs.
Attendees are responsible for arranging and covering these additional costs.
4. Mandatory Travel Insurance:
All attendees must arrange and maintain travel and equipment insurance which covers them throughout the travel period.
The Series Project organisers will not be held liable for any loss, injury, illness, or damage incurred during the workshop.
It is the attendees' responsibility to ensure adequate insurance coverage.
5. Workshop Cancellation by The Series Project organisers:
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the workshop in the event of fewer than 10 participants.
In such cases, attendees will receive at least 1 week's advance notice (which is 6 weeks before the expected start date in the destination city) and will be offered an alternative Series Project or a full refund (minus deposit & fees).
In the case of extenuating circumstances where the online aspect of the workshop has already been delivered in part, an alternative workshop will be offered.
In the event of workshop cancellation, international participants are responsible for their own travel expense reimbursements.
We strongly recommend purchasing refundable tickets to safeguard against unexpected cancellations.
6. Participant Cancellation:
If a participant decides to cancel their attendance for any reason, they must notify help(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)christinaforce.net in writing.
If cancellation is confirmed at least 5 months before the first day of the workshop (6 months before the arrival in the destination city), the organisers will reimburse all received payments except $600 NZD deposit and administrative fees.
If cancellation is confirmed less than 5 months before the first day of the workshop (6 months before the arrival in the destination city), there will be no refund however the attendee may choose to transfer their workshop fees to the next location Series Project.
7. Payment for Incomplete Workshops:
In the event that a workshop has commenced but is not completed due to the fault of the participant, or due to circumstances beyond the organisers control, the workshop fee must be paid in full.
By participating in The Series Project's in-person photography shoot project in Vietnam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
